They say, "Familiarity breeds contempt." In my case, it breeds passion. Since I was a young child, I have read and loved the Bible. I remember countless hours spent talking with my father, a professor of Old Testament. When I was young, it was stories. Now that I am following in his footsteps, it is academic issues of biblical studies and theology. Through his dedication to biblical studies and my own research, I have grown to appreciate the Hebrew Bible, the window it provides into a great people and a great history as well as the relevance it continues to wield in today's world.
Biblical Studies @anduril.ca is a reflection of my passion and interest in the Hebrew Bible.
