Biblical Studies @anduril.ca
Since I was a young child, I have read and loved the Bible. I remember countless hours spent talking with my father, a pastor and professor of Old Testament. When I was young, it was stories. Now that I am following in his footsteps, it is academic issues of biblical studies, theology, and interpretation. Through his dedication to biblical studies and the influence of other teachers and scholars along the way, I have grown to appreciate the Hebrew Bible, the window it provides into a unique people and a fascinating history as well as the relevance it continues to wield in today's world.
Biblical Studies @anduril.ca is a reflection of my abiding interest in reading and studying the Bible. You can browse and shop your BookSource, featuring the Bible Guide, and recommended books in Biblical Studies, Ancient History, Theology, and Christian Literature. You can read my Essays and Criticism written over the course of my undergraduate and graduate studies. I also have a Bible Software section and bring together Tools for Biblical Studies and other Biblical Studies Links. No research is value-free and so I believe it is important to declare the values that inform my work, which I have in my Statement of Beliefs.
